We operate the website https://lorethasbookkeeping.com (the “Site”), the mobile application LB&T (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).
WEBSITE: LB&T website is to allow clients to understand services, sign up for services, remit payment for services, send and receive documents, and contact to include video chat which is a 3rd party software. the main site offers a blog where users can comment/respond and ask questions in addition to our FAW MOBILE APP: the mobile app allows users to get in touch with the team while on the go. users are allowed to chat, schedule appts, upload documents, remit payment and more

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. Changes to Legal Terms will become effective ten (10) days after the notice is given, except if the changes apply to new functionality, security updates, bug fixes, and a court order, in which case the changes will be effective immediately. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. If you disagree with such changes, you may terminate Services as per the section “TERM AND TERMINATION.”
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
